Located in a fertile country between the mountains and the sea, Jerez is an attractive city with major tourist resources. Jerez has world famous attractions that make this city one of the most complete and evocative of Andalusia: The Horse, The Sherry Wine, The Brandy and The Flamenco, are topics of Andalusia and Spain, and distinguishing features that define and identify themselves fully to this city.

Jerez offers many possibilities: the incredible horse shows, visiting the incomparable wine cellars, cathedrals where the wine and brandy are born, breed and age in silence, the enjoyment of the purest flamenco every day, its old town, declared a Historical-Artistic Monumental, where churches, palaces and unique buildings are found among orange trees and fountains along the squares, streets and corners, there are also numerous museums where the Bull, Horse, flamenco and Wine take a leading role, along with other interesting which embodies the heritage and tradition of Jerez.

Since ancient times, the horse has been one of the most representative and emblematic of Jerez, reaching its peak in the fifteenth century when the monks of La Cartuja completed a lengthy selection process, resulting in the very famous Carthusian horses. Currently, regular horse shows offer the visitors the possibility to enjoy the beauty of this noble animal.

Its unique geographical location and proximity to the Atlantic, limestone soils, "albariza lands", where the vines grow, together with the grape variety "Palomino" and the raising of the musts in the wine cellars where the wines are born and grow old in silence, make it possible to enjoy a unique and world famous wine: the Jerez, Sherry wine.

The development of the different wines of Jerez is covered by the "Council of the Designation of Origin Jerez - Xérès - Sherry", as well as the prestigious "Vinagre de Jerez". The wine cellars are well designed and spacious buildings, with high gabled roofs, which keep in constant darkness, humidity and temperature conditions, needed for the preparation of the wines.
