Information about your destination:
Sheltered by the Sierra de Gredos Mountains rises Avila, declared World Heritage City. Behind the walls of the Castilian-Leonese capital lies a rich set of churches and Renaissance palaces, witness the splendid past of the city as a center for textile production.
Inside its walls and the surrounding neighborhoods, churches, convents, monumental buildings, and its narrow winding streets make this town one of these Castilian peninsular redoubts where the history of Spain and a form of life of medieval Europe are expressed more clearly. Being the birthplace of Santa Teresa de Jesus has left the city, both inside and outside the city walls, a large number of religious buildings associated with the life of the mystic.
The Walls of Avila, the most emblematic monument of the wise old Castilian city, are far more than just a war machine. In fact, they are like a book, a book that reflects the history of Avila and its people. The Cathedral, Consecrated to San Salvador, is another of the tourist destinations that can not miss on our agenda. The first need of the new settlers after the conquest was the fortification of the city. It is a cathedral - castle, where the battlements, turrets and watchtowers combine splendidly with its structure.

Through a panoramic tour, accompanied by a guide, we will know the essence of Salamanca, this World Heritage City, visiting among others, the Museum of Salamanca, Plaza Mayor, La Casa de las Conchas and also the Cathedral.
